Inclusion Alliance for Europe GEIE

The Inclusion Alliance -GEIE for Europe is an independent non profit Network born with the aim to gather together all eInclusion and eHealth stakeholders to support their full participation in the FP7 Programmes of the European Commission and World Bank programmes. The IAE Network has a large number of organisations registered in its database, from the public, private and non profit sectors, covering all the European Members States with a strong representation from the New Member States and INCO Associate Countries. The members of IAE are today about 410, distributed in the whole of Europe, and they represent the various stakeholder groups as follows: 34% University and research centre, 15% Hospitals, user group, associations, 47% industry and 4% Public Administrations and Governments. The key of Inclusion Alliance -GEIE for Europe (IAE) is its clear User driven strategy, oriented to offer the European Institutions and the Innovation and research Organisations the competences of the User organisations, their point of view and their direct participation in the realisation of programmes and projects.

injet2 In-JeT ApS was established in 1997 and has developed to become a renowned software firm in the field of technology development and business exploitation. In-JeT has developed a effective tools for technology assessments, defining technology strategies, developing business models and business cases and bringing new technology to the market. In-JeT has specifically since 2000 been working with using scenario thinking in deriving user requirements for large service systems based on ambient intelligence and ubiquitous computing. International Forum for Biophilosophy

The International Forum for Biophilosophy (IFB) is an international network of leading experts in philosophy and ethics of science and technology. It was established by Royal Decree in 1988. IFB has a long track record of initiating advanced research projects and organizing International Expert Meetings on innovative topics. Its program areas include health care, industry-oriented R&D and science dynamics. IFB has done project work commissioned by the Industry and by regional and national and European governments. It has been coordinator and partner of several EU research projects. In the 90's, IFB was involved in designing new and operational ways of Technology Assessment and in the development of the social map as methodology for ethical research in support ethical debate and decision making.

Trilateral Research & Consulting LLP

trilateral_01Trilateral Research & Consulting is a London-based Limited Liability Partnership , created in October 2004. It specialises in research and the provision of strategic, policy and regulatory advice on new technologies, risk and security issues. In addition to its managing partners, Trilateral has several partners and associates plus a network of other specialists upon whom it can call according to the needs of specific assignments. Trilateral initiated the consortia and wrote most of the proposals for two successful FP6 projects, SWAMI (Safeguards in a World of Ambient Intelligence) and STARC (Stakeholders and Risk Communication). Both were 18-month-long projects. The consortia generated several major reports, held workshops and conferences for policy-makers and stakeholders, developed extensive contact lists and resulted in many papers in peer-reviewed journals.

Vrjie Universiteit Brussels

vub_01The interdisciplinary Research Group on Law Science Technology & Society or LSTS is founded in November 2003 at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Belgium. The Research Group is devoted to analytical, theoretical and prospective research into the relationships between law, science, technology and society. LSTS has participated as partner in the following FP6 projects: FIDIS: The future of identity in information society, SWAMI: Safeguards in a world of ambient intelligence; REFGOV: Reflexive Governance in the Public Interest; and SPICE: Service Platform for Innovative Communication Environment, in co-operation with VUB's department of communication sciences.
